Bernard Jarnell Pulliam, of Jacksonville, Florida, passed away on September 11, 2026, in Jacksonville. He was born on January 16, 1981, in Pensacola, Florida.

Bernard will be remembered as a man whose warmth drew people in wherever he went. He never met a stranger, and his welcoming spirit left a lasting impression on so many who crossed his path. He loved life deeply, and that love showed especially in the joy he found in children and in the connections he made with others. His presence brought ease, conversation, and kindness, and those who knew him will carry that memory forward.

He is survived by his mother, Veronica Anderson (Rudolph); his son, Bernard Pulliam Jr.; his brothers, Greg Pulliam Jr., Brian Pulliam, Rudy Anderson III, and sister Keonna Anderson; and his grandmother, Mary Harris. Each of them shared an important place in his life, and his memory will remain close to their hearts in the days ahead. He was preceded in death by his father, Gregory Pulliam Sr.

Family and friends will gather to honor and remember Bernard at a graveside service on September 25, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at Restlawn South Memorial Park, 3201 Moncrief Rd W, Jacksonville, Florida 32209.
