With deep respect and fond remembrance, we announce the passing of Carolyn Albertie, who departed this life on June 23, 2026, in her beloved hometown of Jacksonville, Florida, at the age of 70. Carolyn was born on January 7, 1956, in Jacksonville, where she also found her final rest, remaining close to the community that shaped her and that she cherished throughout her life.

Carolyn Albertie’s journey was one marked by unwavering dignity, quiet strength, and a steadfast presence. Her life’s story, though simple in outline, is rich in resonance for all who knew her—an enduring testament to a woman whose roots ran deep in Jacksonville, where she both began and concluded her time among us. To honor her memory, family and friends are invited to a Celebration of Life service on Thursday, July 2, 2026, at 12:00 pm at Weston’s Mortuary, located at 3027 Myrtle Ave N, Jacksonville, FL 32209. Following the service, Carolyn will be laid to rest at Evergreen Cemetery, 4535 North Main Street, Jacksonville, FL 32206.
