Dewayne L. Harrell, age 59, was born June 21, 1961 in Jacksonville Florida. Dewayne had one of the biggest hearts and was openly honest about his feelings. He always spoke his mind. He told the funniest darn jokes. Dewayne loved fishing . He would sit for hours waiting on for those fish to bite. He had a gift of making people laugh. He was preceded in death by his parents Frederick Harrell and Nakomis Johnson and Grandma Naomi j McClory-Johnson -Brill. Dewayne will leave to forever cherish his loving memories his two sons : Reginald Toliver, Kenneth  (Audrey) Toliver, Loving daughter Courtney Harrell: 14 grandchildren: Reginald eugene Toliver jr, Reginae Toliver ,Kensha Toliver, Kenneth Toliver Jr., Tennira Toliver, Keondra Toliver, Deandre Harris, Keyshawn Toliver, Keoni Jackson ,Sanaa King, Mariah Montgomery, Glenn Pinkney Jr.. sister: Tawan Harrell-Chester (Carlouis), sister-in-law: Betty Harrell, brothers: Ricky Johnson (the late Fawn), Donald Harrell (Angelic), Monte Harrell, Guillermo Allen, Aunts: Susie Bates-Mattison (James Mattison) (8 Childern) Patricia Johnson (4 children) and a host of nieces, nephews, dear relatives and friends.

Viewing for Mr. Harrell will be on 06/11/2020 from 5:00-7:00 pm and Services will be 06/12/2020 at 11:00 am at The Edith Weston Memorial Chapel.
