Jo'el D'vid Williams, of Jacksonville, Florida, passed away on October 31, 2026, at the age of 29. He was born on August 21, 1997, in Jacksonville, and his life will be remembered with deep love and lasting affection by those who knew him.

Jo'el worked as a merchant seaman, a path that reflected both dedication and strength.
