It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Ms. Michelle Lakay Gomillion-McClendon, who transitioned from this life on November 21, 2025. Michelle was a beloved daughter, mother, sister, and friend whose kindness, strength, and vibrant spirit touched all who knew her. She will be deeply missed and forever cherished. A public viewing will be held on Friday, December 5, 2025, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Weston Mortuary. A Celebration of Life service will take place on Saturday, December 6, 2025, at 10:00 AM at Weston's Mortuary. Michelle will be laid to rest at Restlawn Cemetery South immediately following the service.
